MZ Designs, in collaboration with Al_soliman Real Estate Company, proudly presents our comprehensive master plan for District 9 at King Salman Park - a landmark development within the world's largest urban park project.

Our design vision transforms 106,401 sqm into a thriving mixed-use community that seamlessly integrates luxury hospitality, premium business districts, and diverse residential offerings. Positioned strategically north of the iconic Royal Arts Complex, District 9 embodies the principles of sustainable urbanism and community-centric design.

The project features a sophisticated 5-star luxury hotel with spectacular park views, Grade A office spaces supporting SMEs and creative industries, and thoughtfully planned residential communities offering three distinct living typologies. Our innovative "15-minute district" concept ensures all essential amenities are within walking distance, promoting sustainability and enhanced quality of life.

With 238,512 sqm GFA of thoughtfully designed spaces, District 9 will accommodate over 100,000 residents while creating thousands of employment opportunities, directly contributing to the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
