The challenge in this project was the irregular outline for the lot. With an aim to maximize the interior space and create two duplex apartment units, the lot boundaries were take taken into account when designing the building.

Some angles were easier the others, but the space was fully utilized. the building consists of three floors and a cellar floor.

Three area ways were created for the cellar, and two separate entrances were designed for the building to enhance privacy. The roof deck contains a green area, and two zones, one for each apartment.

The facades consists of siding and brick, with Juliet balconies along the main facade.
