The project is hosted on an 10 acres lot in Prince William County. Our aim was to create a small neighborhood, where pedestrian needs were met and vehicles needs were minimum.

Each cluster consists of 4 town homes, with a penthouse on top of each of them.

Pedestrian and parking entrance to each cluster was separated, with the pedestrian entrance oriented to the front and the parking entrance in the back.

With an open park placed in the center of the neighborhood, with water features, benches and green areas.
