Mosque Ammaria Hills
Project Type: Religious Architecture
Location: Ammaria Hills, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Project Overview
Our design for Mosque Ammaria Hills represents a contemporary interpretation of Islamic architecture, blending traditional elements with modern geometric design. The project creates a landmark worship space that honors sacred traditions while embracing architectural innovation.
Design Features
Iconic Minaret: A striking tower featuring triangular perforations that create contemporary Islamic patterns while providing functional light filtration. The warm beige stone construction establishes a strong vertical landmark for the community.
Innovative Prayer Hall: Bold triangular structural elements serve as both architectural features and climate-responsive shading, creating naturally cooled circulation areas around the central worship space.
Sacred Courtyard: Traditional Islamic spatial planning with a central open courtyard providing natural light and ventilation, surrounded by covered walkways for comfortable movement.
Sustainable Solutions
The design addresses the desert climate through strategic shading elements, heat-reflective white roofing, and native palm tree landscaping that provides natural cooling and regional authenticity.
Project Impact
Mosque Ammaria Hills serves as both a spiritual center and community landmark, establishing a progressive vision for Islamic architecture in Saudi Arabia. The project demonstrates our expertise in creating meaningful sacred spaces that bridge cultural heritage with contemporary design innovation.
